Purchases from the James Cosmetics website may be returned up to 30 days from confirmed delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in a form that could be resold. The refund will be made to the original form of payment, and cannot be amended. Returned products will be refunded, however postage is non-refundable.

Missing, damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to the James Cosmetics email support team, including a description of the issue. These products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be accepted if they are requested prior to your order status changing to ‘Processing’, Once the order has begun processing and is due for dispatch a refund is not available. Please note the time for an order to enter a ‘Processing’ state will depend on the day, and volume of orders pending.


Your order will be charged in the currency displayed on the website. We currently support AUD, USD and GBP. The order amount will be deducted from the provided Credit Card, PayPal account or AfterPay (Australian customers only) account immediately at purchase.

James Cosmetics is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by your financial institution for currency conversion fees. If you are purchasing from us in a foreign currency to your own, the final cart total may not reflect the total charged to your account, which will be due to currency conversion fees and charges imposed by your financial institution. James Cosmetics recommends speaking with your financial institution regarding their applicable fees and conversion rates prior to placing your order if you are purchasing in a foreign currency.

Order Cancellation

James Cosmetics holds the right to cancel and refund any order at any point in time. Customers will always be alerted if an order needs to be cancelled.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (not including holidays or weekends), however, during periods of peak sales or promotion, processing can take up to 5 business days.


Various shipping options are available including express, and tracked.

Standard shipping does not include tracking.

If a product is returned to James Cosmetics, or not received due to customer error including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries or similar are to be rectified at the customers expense. This includes an additional fee for re-delivery.

If a product is returned to James Cosmetics, and the customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded not inclusive of any postage fees.

Shipping cutoffs are as estimated by couriers and are not guaranteed by James Cosmetics, to ensure you receive your gift in time we recommend purchasing express shipping and ordering prior to recommended dates. All shipping arrivals are subject to courier delays at this very busy time of the year. Customer care,  are your go-to point of contact for any product and shipping enquiries.

Australian Shipping

Standard shipping in Australia will take 3 - 5 business days.

Express shipping in Australia will take 1 - 2 business days depending on region.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping will take 7 – 14 business days depending on region and customs clearance.

Express international shipping will take 4 to 7 business days depending on region and customs clearance.

International Orders / Customs

Any order that is shipped outside Australia is subject to the local area import laws, which may attract customs fees, taxies, duties and the like. James Cosmetics recommends all international customers contact the relevant country import office to discuss the relevant fees and timing, prior to placing your order. Any fees or charges that are applicable to such import into the country are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your purchase. If the customer refuses the delivery due to customs fees or charges, and the product is returned to James Cosmetics, only the product will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • By purchasing or using an E-Gift Card, you indicate you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.
  • The James Cosmetics E-Gift Card can exclusively be redeemed online at www.jamescosmetics.com
  • The James Cosmetics E-Gift Card will expire 3 years from supply date.
  • Expiry date for E-Gift Card can be found on purchase confirmation email.
  • To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter the unique gift card code at the online checkout.
  • E-Gift card can only be redeemed in the currency it was purchased in.
  • The E-Gift Card is secluded from a redemption guarantee, is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card balance.
  • E-Gift Card will be issued via email. Please note that there are NO physical Gift Cards for James Cosmetics.

    Free Eye Mask for Content Promotion

    James Cosmetics are offering a box of free eye masks to customer's who's content we publish to our Instagram from our @james_cosmetics account (this does not include re-sharing of live stories or posts under the creators handle). The customer must have originally uploaded the content tagging @james_cosmetics to be eligible to redeem this offer. James Cosmetics will contact creators as soon as we decide to publish their content and creators will always be credited.

    Warehouse Sale 2024 - Hourly Refund

    Hourly Refunds Day - Begins on 11.07.24 at 8:00 AM AEST and ends on 11.07.24 at 6:00 PM AEST. One order per hour will be randomly selected to receive a full refund. Winners will be contacted by our customer service team with details on when to expect their refund.
